What we collect
- Emails you send us. The contact tool builds your message in your browser only; we receive it only if you email it. We then process your name, email address and message content to reply.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, for security and to keep the site running.
- Consent preferences. If a consent tool is shown, your choice is stored on your device as described in the cookie policy.
Legal bases
We process emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in security and operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Any optional cookies rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who host the site and our email, under data processing agreements, or where required by law. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
